Something wicked this way comes!

This is a non-canon RPG. Any mention of original characters is irrelevant.

Please make sure you register with a full name (first name and last name - e.g. Jonas Surten).
If you have not done so, contact the Headmaster.
You might also want to check the Family Trees section before registering.

Flaming is forbidden. All users who are caught will be 5% warned. No hard words or obscene words are to be used.

Characters must be realistic. Your character cannot read minds and be an animagus and so on and so forth. Try to restrain from doing it.

Multiple accounts are allowed, but please play fair.

Advertising is allowed in signatures, avatars and in the special section for it. Otherwise, banning is imminent.

Signatures should be no bigger than 580x260 pixels. Please refrain from using extremely large pictures or an incredibly large amount of pictures in your signatures.

Being a non-human or a part-human has to be approved by the headmaster. Failing to ask for approval will generate a 5% warn increase. Students cannot start as a werewolf (or werecat, etc for that matter), they have to be bitten by a werewolf (...) first. If this is not possible due to low numbers, please contact the headmaster for approval.

Teachers, please make sure you make no sign-ups in your class section. Otherwise, your warn will be raised by 5%. This is your first and last reminder.

Only... topics are to be respected. From now on, anyone who posts in a topic designed only for specific characters will receive a warn of 2%.

The basics of RPG (Role-Playing-Game)

Role-Playing means describing in third person the actions, speech and thoughts of your character.
Keep in mind that:
- You are only allowed to quote your own character, if you really need to quote other characters, please use indirect speech.
- When quoting your character, you must use " ". Bold text is also allowed.
- When describing thoughts, you must use ' '. Italic text is also allowed.
- Using * * for describing actions is allowed, but not preferred.
- No God-Moding. Godmoding is when your character is so powerful he/she cannot be hurt nor damaged in any way. Please make sure your character has some flaws too, nobody is perfect.
- Power-Play is not allowed. You can under no reason post what other characters do or say. Nor can you say how other characters will react to your actions. Are you a fortune-teller?
- When talking about something that has no connection to the story, you must use OOC: (Out-Of-Character). Also allowed: ((Comment)), ::OOC::. When returning to the story, you must use BIC: (Back-In-Character)
- All posts should be 30 words or more. Repeated infringement will raise a user's warn by 2%.
- Repeated OOC-only posts are not desirable. Repeated infringement will raise a user's warn by 1%.

RolePlay Example

As the headmaster entered the Great Hall, the students turned around and their eyes followed him until he reached his usual seat. However, he did not sit down, as he started talking:
"Welcome to another year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I hope you will enjoy yourselves during this year, as well as learn as much as possible, since you have to prepair your future career. After the Sorting Ceremony and your dinner, you are free to wander around Hogwarts, but remember tomorrow you have classes tomorrow and you should go to bed quite early. That is all for now, let the Sorting Ceremony begin!"
He sat down and watched the ceremony. Meanwhile, he couldn't help notice several of the teachers whispering about the number of students accepted. 'It's true, there are more than usual, but that won't be a problem'. A moment later, the staff table was full of delicious food, carefully prepared by the house elves.
