Well they made Rockman Rockman (Megaman Powered Up) for the PSP.
It's a remake of the first Rockman game ever. With a lot of added characters. Two new Robot Masters, and lots of unlockable characters to play with such as Blues, Roll and even Dr. Light!  --------------------  |

I'm not sure though.
I do know you can be: Rockman Blues Roll Dr. Light The Robot Masters and Dr. Wily So i'm not really sure... -------------------- |
