I've already mentioned this on my DA journal. This is really important for everyone to read if you have a hotmail account. I don't know how many people will get this email, but there's one going around that is titled "Verify your account to avoid closure!!"

Basically it asks you to verify your account using your email, password, country, etc. But it asks you to do it via the email, rather than the secure way by the actual site. Although I know most people are educated enough to avoid doing such a thing, I really wanted to warn those of you who might do it to obey the company.

If you look at the email address, it was sent by an ordinary account member, not staff of msn, despite the name being listed as Windows Live Team.

It's a pretty easy one to avoid because there's a lot of big mistakes this person has made. For starters the !! on the email name. Also he writes everything in bold, which I know hotmail would never do. Plus some of the actual wording sounds like they're trying to hard to explain what they're after.
