Elmwood Village was actually started awhile ago but I never really did anything with it, so I just didn't come on in awhile. People joined while I was gone, and when I came back it inspired me to bring back Elmwood!
Elmwood isn't an ordinary HMRP:
you can fish, mine, farm, grow livestock, participate in plots and festivals, and more, while making friends and raising your rank.

Roleplay boards are the most hard to start when it has fewer members because people come and they look at the member count and see there are very few people, so they leave the board and never come back. But what I think is if people would realize that by joining a roleplay and helping it become more active they can get a jump start, and help add to attraction of more members. When I go to a roleplay board, what I look for is activity, creativity, and a decent layout. So if people would join and be active, it would only take 10 active people to make it look pretty active, those people coming on every day and dropping off some posts and entering contests. Once people see those 10 people coming in every day, another person might come in and join. Ok, I think you get my point. What I'm saying is I think this board has a lot of potential, just like my other boards. Oakleaf Canyon started off slow but it has about 250 villagers now! My board before that reached 150 villagers. For me, I like having a fresh start. So, yupp. Just a big long blob of speech x[ But I hope you know what I mean.
