Ruler of Water Group: Water Ruler Posts: 14 Member No.: 1 Joined: 25-March 05	These matters may be causing confusion. Rulers and Kings are very different indeed. A Ruler has access to Admin CP (Admin Control Panel) whereas Kings don't. Rulers have more ranks to their Clan than Kings. These are rules set between these two groups: 1. As Kings do not have access to ACP, they must send land requests to a Ruler. This ruler must oblige. 2. The role of King is played by both a male and/or female. King is simply the rank. 3. Neither ranks can be fought for.
