Guardian Spirit: (Yes or no. If yes include their name and gender.)

Appearance: Must be at least three paragraphs long and include relative height, hair and eye color, physical fitness, facial features, and their normal garments. If you have a guardian spirit describe him/her as well, including his/her age. (As in the age they were when they died.)

Personality: Be very detailed, at least two paragraphs.

Skills: Please don't go overboard. If your character is painfully all-mighty I may ask you to edit your application. Three is the minimum, seven the maximum. If you have a guardian spirit include what skill he/she has passed on to your character.

Weaknesses: The minimum is three, and one must be physical. Keep in mind things like constitution, dexterity and such.

History: From their childhood to the present day. If your character has a guardian spirit be sure to include how they came to bond and at what age
