For anyone wondering the rest of the results...

Setzer Van Strife took on Devon Case in the second round, a battle of close friends. This stayed relatively so, but competitive, especially as the match went. Case won with the Shining Wizard after brutalizing SVS's leg with kicks.

Todd Michaelson continued his cinderalla story, squeaking past a game Griffin James.

Adrian Tanner and Marcus Davis had a HELLUVA contest, the show stealer of the second round at least. Davis got by at nearly 20 minutes with a ddt/reverse ddt and shooting star press in succession!

Johnny Detson had a great showing against MJV, who rolled on with Air Valentine.

The semi finals came down to Michaelson/Case in the first match. Case destroyed Michaelson's back but Michaelson, ever game fought back. He almost won with a pair of Billion Dollar Bombs, but it was his dangerous elbow strikes that won him the day. A series of elbows and a running elbow bat sealed Case's fate. Michaelson was a mess though, walking out exhausted and needing help.

MJV defeated Marcus Davis to advance to the finals, once again with Air Valentine. Another very close bout.

In the finals it was MJV who reached the sky, becoming TSTL champion. Michaelson came ever so close with the Billion Dollar Bomb and Elbow Bat and even kicked out of Air Valentine twice... but not the third one directly to his spine. MJV won the day but a teary Todd Michaelson won the weekend with his gutsy performances.
