Welcome to the world of organized crime... no this isn't the Mafia... this organization is more deadly and vicious than their Italian counterparts.... this is the world of the Yakuza, the Japanese Mafia.

Tokyo, Japan... the city has always been known for its accelerated development of electronics, diplomacy, and intelligence... and as these things are supposed to benefit mankind, they also serve a purpose for the Japanese underworld. Indeed the peaceful life of Japan has fallen on dark days as not only do the Yakuza threaten the existence of innocent life itself... they have also been torn apart among themselves.

Three Yakuza organizations have waged war on one another... "The Tri" as they are called has shattered the very foundation of Tokyo as many of them give no second thought to opening fire on one another in the middle of crowded streets.

In an attempt to bring peace back to the city, the local law enforcement has hired an underground police force known as the "STO" (Strategy & Tactics Organization). The STO has been referred to as cowboys and corrupt due to their unorthodox ways of bringing down vigilantes.

This is the story of those three organizations.... and the war has began... this is the Blood of the Cherry Blossom.
