Death, is a state. In most cases, a state of being. In this case, more than just one field. State of being, state of perception, etc. The site is inactive, but is also perceived as dead; both of which make it dead.
As for not getting the message, the inevitability was pretty obvious. We all have so very little in common, and no great force exists that binds us together. Naturally our differences would have us seek out others like us, rather than stay here and wade in conflict. In short, mostly, we don't seek conflict. Since we don't have much in common, conflict is the natural result of us seeking further interactions with each other, so we leave. Because we leave we percieve the site as dead. Because we see the site as dead we, mostly, don't bother returning. I'll check back in December, but I doubt anything will change. I'd continue activity in the new site, but I don't forsee a different result. I see the same adversity and an inaction there that was here, but my foresight can be terrible. I'll see how it goes. -- -- -------------------- [TCZ],,,[/TCZ]There are no easy answers; just more questions, and shortcuts to those questions.

Gem, Gem, Gem. Always the pessimist, aren't we? Not to mention a pretend-philosopher. Expand your mind a little, will you? A kid shouldn't have to tell you to grow up. Considering only three of us have bothered to stick together, the amount of activity of the new site isn't surprising. Waiting on the world o change isn't going to do a thing. If you want the site to see more activity, what do you think you should do?
And a side note, you have great diction, despite a repulsing mentality, but a dead Digimon fan-site is not the place to write an essay about your feelings. Another side note, I really didn't intend for any more posting to continue here, so please, let the site die respectfully. Edit: Now that someone has started a new page, I have to post the link again.... http://z7.invisionfree.com/Tamers_of_the_Future/index.php -------------------- |
