The red was too bright for my tastes, so I asked for blue. DARK BLOOD RED BLUE OR BLACK

and board = background, the black on it is throwing me off make some sort of background for it

Works for me, though I think quote and sig have the same color set-up

True, I found a solution but it is a little extra work:
Do the [COLOR=blue] then the [/C0L0R] on the sig (0 = O)
