Went shopping for figures a few weeks ago at Comic Alley.
Found a chibi Shana figure and bought it. XD

Wow! It's Shana nendoroid. I haven't seen this nendoroid in my country yet since I want to have one.

Hmm, so these chibi figures are called nendoroids.
I'll buy the Konata nendoroid when I go back to Comic Alley.

That's one nice nendoroid. I adore them. Chibi figures are far superior than the bigger ones in my opinion.

Well, I like the nendoroid version... but I wish to have the bigger ones too.
It's sad that Comic Alley is 75% Naruto, when I entered the store, the salesgirl automatically offered me Naruto items.

I'm hoping that someday, anime stores here won't be a "Naruto World" anymore.
And that they would have more items from less mainstream anime.

Same situation here with anime merchandise. Naruto, Bleach and maybe Death Note at best.

the picture doesn't do it justice XD... the colors are more bright in real life but it's really a pretty scroll I am very happy with it c:

EDIT: it's 80 cm x 102 cm and I placed it over a window in my room which is next to my bed

The scroll looks nice even I don't watch this anime.

I found her at comic shop. (but she's a bootleg. )
I just realize that when I get one nendoroid, it can increase its friends by hypnotizing me to buy another nendoroids more.

I have 3 nendoroids now. (Sebastian, Shana, Zetsubou Sensei) I will take pictures as soon as I can.

How did you know she's not original (bootleg)?

Nendoroid army sounds fun.
I'll also post some pics when I get a new one.

There're ways to notice that it's a real one or not.

1. For example my Shana nendorid has very loose joints.
(The left leg is very very loose. Sometime when I touch it a little bit, it came off too easily. )

If the real one, the joints will be strong enough to touch, put or place on anywhere.
(but if you rotate the real's joint in a wrong way. It can damage the joint too. So be careful when change nendoroid's parts.)


2. Or compare the fake with the real one, the skins are different. The fake one looks shiny and painting doesn't look neat.


3. Most important is the price, if its price is too cheap. It's surely the bootleg. (I bought this Shana 10$, I know that before buying her since I can't find any real ones in my city. )
The real one's price always > 50$.


With these I hope they can help to notice about the bootleg.

Hmm... anyway my Shana can sit and act likes the real and the work doesn't look too bad for 10$, so I don't mind about that so much. (except her leg...)
If I find the real one, I certainly buy her again.
