Hey all,
I am putting together a friends and family day, Saturday July 7th. I guess that would be considered 4th of July weekend, idk, so i was thinking about a doing a BBQ afterwards. Is there a thing about doing a bbq there? Any clues as to somewhere close by we could do it, if its not kosher to do at the field? Any help is appreciated, even if its just coming out to play. Tell a buddy, bring a friend.  Cheers. |

A lil bit of missed fine print on the Be Our Guest certificate that Havok is using for some people at this event, apparently the Certificate includes the entry for 10 people (Awesome) a mask and 300 round ammo pack but NO gun. They say that you can rent a gun for 10 bucks on the certificate but that's the same price as the mask, air and gun rental by itself anyways.
SO, not expecting anyone to just give their high end babies to a few random people.. does anyone who is going have some old markers that would be well suited for first time players (ie, not complicated to operate, reliable) such as their old tippmanns and such? They will already have the mask, however I suppose this means air tank as well, which can be a bit more dicey of a prospect than simply loaning a marker. It would be nice though to keep the cost per person down to only the paintballs themselves. Not a big deal as this is last minute. You can PM me if you can do this. As much as I am very appreciative of anyone who would loan out their gear, I simply ask that you know the condition of the marker so the person doesn't miss playtime trying to troubleshoot a gun issue on their very first go. I myself am quite low on extra markers as I just sold most of them and I think Havok is taking care of his girlfriend and her sister (probably need to rent a tank, though). We are only looking to outfit the Be Our Guest individuals who are people Havok and I know personally, as everyone else going is well aware of the costs involved. Thanks a bunch!
