Welcome to
Delicate Incendiary
London, England, 2019. Eleven years ago a virus swept the world in a global pandemic; a plague that killed most of the population. Now, the people of London live in a society ruled by fear, governed by the corrupt New London Movement. Most accept it, getting on with their lives as best they can and ignoring what they don’t want to see, but resentment towards the regime has been growing to the point where, for the first time, people dare to voice their anger in the streets - or, well, underneath them.

Robin Hood Arms A seedy pub on the outskirts of government controlled London, the Robin Hood Arms is deemed to be neutral territory. A place for supposedly law abiding citizens to get their kicks alongside the decidedly less law abiding. A thriving black market ensures that you can get almost anything over the counter for the right price.

The Old Underground The Underground was one of the first things to be closed down by the government; however their hasty attempts at blocking off stations and tracks were not sufficient to keep people out. The Underground provides a means to get around the city without ever encountering a government official, however make sure that you belong down there before setting foot in the labyrinth of tunnels, the Ascalon Roses can be just as ruthless as any government police.

Ascalon Roses Headquarters Whilst it is possible to access the headquarters from a number of directions once in the Underground system, the main entrance can be found hidden away at the back of the Criterion Theatre. The headquarters themselves are a motley collection of living quarters, storage of banned items and even a chicken pen. Beware trying to enter uninvited however, the headquarters are always guarded and some people have a habit of shooting strangers first and asking questions later.

Houses of Parliment The Houses of Parliament are the seat of government and most government officials can be found in and around them. Admittance is only allowed after a strict ID and fingerprint check and all workers are expected to submit to random spot checks of their work area to check for double agents. The building also houses the headquarters of the secret police network.

Homes Homes have never been in more surplus to demand, however even with that in mind only the highest ranking government officials have access to the Georgian townhouses and small mansions in areas like the City of Westminster and Chelsea. Instead most people make do with flats and terraces in poorer areas of the city, particularly with utilities at such a premium.
