They appeared everywhere; in every town, of every country, of every world and of every era, there was at least one of the fliers. They made their way, signed and sealed by a king known to only a few, and yet with an invitation extended to all. They seemed to simply come into being overnight, and, for whatever reason, simply could not be removed from the places they had been tacked up. However, the magic behind that was enough to get people's attention; and what the fliers actually said was even more interesting.

To All Who Read This

I, Lord Cruxis Spirlea Juryea I, extend to you my greetings and an invitation to all. I have recently come into the possession of a large arena, appropriately named The Plura-Orbis Colosseum. This Colosseum is seated within a rift between worlds, as my mages have explained to me, a central hub between all planes. If you be a soul of courage, then I personally request that you make every effort to come to the Colosseum. It is here that was we, the inhabitants of our worlds, may partake in friendly competition in combat and other spectacles, battling alongside each other against beasts collected from every region, or against each other in good-natured combat.

None shall be turned away based upon age, race, or any other discriminating features. If you can stand in battle, or would simply seek to better relations with those from worlds unlike your own, then you may come and join what I am certain will be a truly remarkable experience.

With Best Wishes:

His Royal Highness,
Lord Cruxis Spirlea

Translation: This is a small sort of hub for all of our characters to interact in. Based upon the great amount of response we once had to the thread where our RP characters cooled their heels when not in the midst of an story, I decided to make an official RP based around the notion. This is a relaxed RP, with no real plot beyond character interactions. While the basic rules apply, there are others.

1. There will be no use of 'Script' speak. Unlike in "We Are Not What You Think We Are", this is to be treated as an RP, and thus, normal posts written in a literary style are required. However, since this is relaxed, there is no pressure to make any large posts. The only time that larger posts may be required of you is in battle.

2. When you register your character, you may do so in one of two formats: A. You may do it in the style that Arlana did, and make it a literary format, or B. You may simply list the basic stats of your character, along with any special abilities, very much like you would in the 'Make A ____' section.

3. You may use as many characters as you like. Your characters can be from any RP from Chaos Clock, Kinatra, Netherland or Fanart Central. They may be heroes or villains, however, know that there will be no plot for taking over the Colosseum etc. This is a very easy-going RP.

4. You cannot fight any monsters that are not registered in 'The Pens'. Once again, you may use anything created from any of the aforementioned sites.

5. All fights will be held within their own individual threads within the 'Arena' section. You may not join a fight in progress unless you have the permission of the person who started the thread. That's just manners. You can however have a character in the audience watching or commenting or even heckling or cheering.

6. Your characters don't actually have to fight at all. They can simply hang out in the Hypogeum the whole time and never actually enter combat.

7. Oh, and, in the case that you all are wondering. Yes, you can use characters from more modern times with modern weapons. We're working under the video game and anime logic of guns and the like; that is, they don't fire nearly as fast, nor do they wound you nearly as badly as they do in real life.

8. There are no deaths. No one can die in combat against another person. If you do fall, you are transported out of the arena and into the Healing area. However, if you do die in combat against a monster, then that character will be unusable for a period of time, in any area of the Colosseum, as they will be in a comatose state for a period of time. The recovery time is based on how long it will take to put your body back together or if bits and pieces have to be extracted from the monster in question. Boss_Kefka_Laughing.gif

9. Monster Battles: As stated above, battling against monsters is much more tricky. In that instance, if you want to face a monster, you MUST request a fight with said monster from the creator. If they decline, then you must find someone else to play as the monster(s). You may have a group of characters fighting against a monster(s) depending on the strength of the beast and at the discretion of the creator of said monster.

10. Finally, and this is most important; I am allowing the use of Non-OC characters, such as yourself, as well as those from games and anime, so long as said game or anime is based in the fantastic.
