Kali needs some 'friends', enemies, 'lovers,' etc.

The main enemy she could have would be the human who killed her sister, Lily, while they were slayers, prompting her to become a hollow in the first place. She used to be a slayer so the slayers that knew her during that time would probably hate her for the betrayal, but beforehand she was a fairly normal slayer
Kali used to be quiet, a bit shy maybe, but her power was incredible - she was a tempest, very much in control of it even

She could never love someone fully - she is a hollow after all - but that doesn't mean she couldn't have the occasional one night stand
She may even use her looks to her advantage when finding people to kill, but there would be no love involved and most of her time would be devoted to Abaddon

The same would probably apply to friends - anyone who's not a hollow is her enemy, pretty much; she wouldn't care much about her fellow hollows - only Abaddon
