Master vs. Student, training.

Goten had flown from the desert upto kami's lookout, where Piccolo was supposed to be waiting for him.
"Where's Piccolo?" Goten asked Mr. Popo.
"Piccolo is on his way" Popo said. "It will take him some time, so he asked me to tell you to commence your training"
"Very well" Goten said. He walked to the Hyperbolic Chamber.

when goten last trained here, it was when Buu was tormenting the universe. Now he was supposed to spar with his master, Piccolo.
"Well, let's get warmed up" Goten said. He powered up to super saiyan.

"Okay then" he said. "Let's try the split form technique!"
Goten closed his eyes and began yelling, untill there was another goten standing next to him.
"Hey!" the other goten said.
"You!" Goten said. "C'mon! lets spar till Piccolo gets here!"
"Whatever you say" the other goten said.

The walked up and got ready.
"Okay" goten said. "One, two, threee!"

ooc: for ur convinience, i'll call one of them Goten1, and the other Goten2.


Both the goten's charged at each other. Goten1 threw a hard punch and knocked Goten2 away.
"Good shot" Goten2 said. "Let's see if you can beat this!"
"KAMEHAMEHA!"
"Oh yeah!" Goten1 said. "Two can play this game. KAMEHAMEHAAA!"

Both ki attacks met each other and on collision caused a huge explosion.
Goten1 charged and began throwing furious kicks at Goten2, who dodged all of them and returned the attack with an energy fist that cause Goten1 to bleed.

"That was good" Goten1 said. "Now, eat my fists!"

"YAAAH! GRAAAH!
BOOOOOM! KABLAAAM! KABOOOOM!"


They were clobbering each other, and using ki blasts at the same time untill both of them fell to the ground, exhausted.

"That was good" Goten1 said. Then, Goten2 combined with him and he was Goten once more.

"I'll rest for a while and then continue later" he said. "i wonder what's takin Piccolo so long?"

Goten rested for a long time, and he didn't realize when he dozed off that he had been sleeping for atleast 18 hours.
It was a sound that woke him up. The sound of the door of the hyperbolic chamber opening.
Piccolo had arrived. He had a grim look on his face, and pure anger was being radiated out of him.

"What took you so long, Piccolo?" Goten asked.
"Goten, there's a problem" Piccolo said. "We have to get to capsule corporation as soon as possible"
"Then let's get our training over with" Goten said.
"I was thinking on the same lines" Piccolo said, throwing off his heavy clothing.

Goten and Piccolo stood facing each other, about twenty feet apart. Goten turned super saiyan. Piccolo got into his fighting stance.

Piccolo charged at full speed towards Goten. When he got close, Goten threw a punch, but Piccolo teleported at the right second to avoid it. He appeared behind Goten and kicked him.
Goten overcame the impact and teleported next to Piccolo, whacking him as hard as he could. Piccolo was fast to gain back control, as he threw a series of lighting kicks and punches, all which he nailed perfectly.
Goten, though hurt, didn't give up as he speared Piccolo to the ground and drilled a kamehameha onto him. Then he flew high and came charging down like a rocket, flattening Piccolo.

"MASENKOOOO!" Piccolo yelled, throwing Goten off with a huge ki ball.

Both of them stood, looking a bit worn out, but still ready to battle.

"We have one year to train here" Piccolo said. "But only one day will pass on the earth. So let's not waste time, cause, like i said, we have a problem"

"Then why did we stop?" Goten asked.

The training continued for a very long period of time. Several months passed in the hyperbolic chamber, and Goten and Piccolo were getting stronger and stronger.

"GRAAAAAAAH!" Goten yelled, nailing a heelkick that splattered Piccolo.
"MASENKO!" Piccolo yelled, forming a giant ki ball that exploded on Goten.

"Darn!" Goten yelled. "You tore my shirt! KAMEHAMEHAAAAAA!"

BOOOOOOOM!

Piccolo backed and avoided the attack just in time. He clicked his tongue and sighed.
"Goten, goten" he said. "That was poor. What happened to your aim?"
"I'm tired, Piccolo" Goten said. "We've been training for five hours without a break"
"Well, we can rest for an hour then" Piccolo said. "So go on!"

Finally, one year in the hyperbolic chamber was over. Goten and Piccolo were now bulging strong, and had completed their primary training.

They emerged out of the chamber and were greeted by mr. popo and Dende.
"You did it! you stayed in there for a whole day!" Dende said.
"I can feel your strength" popo said. "you have indeed evolved"
"Now we must leave, Goten" Piccolo said. "For New Namek!"
"What!" Goten yelled, astonished. "Why?"
"Because we have a serious problem there" Piccolo said. "Why do you think i took so long to come to the hyperbolic chamber? I was there, and i was told by the elder that some alien had stolen the dragonballs of Namek, and had killed many nameks too"
"You've gotta be kiddin me!" Goten said. "The namekian dragonballs were stolen?"
"We have to retrieve them" Piccolo said. "And now, Dende and Mr. Popo, we have to take our leave"
"Well, then" Dende said. "Good luck"
"Bye!" Goten said, as he flew behind Piccolo.
