Is that really how it is? Because of it is then its different from previous versions. Does that list apply to all races like the transformations for example? A little more info would be nice.

transformations are same as ssj1.. but for namek we have something special i ment to call this version 10 but.. i thought changing tech and level thing isn't a major update

theres seriously a max PL of 200 mil? well that basically ruins it for nameks....or any other race thats strength is their perm trans. and i thought that was taken out after v7? it wasnt in v9 before.

Well the max pl thing is only 200 mil while training in the Gravity rooms. After that you would have to find other means to get stronger. Since im guessing that Goz has not changed the HBTC yet so you can only enter twice, but if you want we can all post ideas on wat to do after we make it to 200 mil. Just title the topic of the subject More Training Ideas

To answer your question, Yes it only applies to the Gravity rooms.

3 times the pl you have first trans and 3 times the pl you have after second trans. Need more info ask me in game when Im actually online.

And when is Mystic learned?

Mystic was suppose to be at like 2.5 mil pl but you might want to try after 10 mil pl
