MAYHEM Maximum Security. The baddest of the bad. The convicts that made people afraid to go outside during the day. This Fortress is overseen by top-notch security guards who wield stun-guns and power-suppressants at all times. All Cons are dosed with sedatives hourly - and that still doesn't phase most of them. The shouting can be heard from miles around - which is why it's in the most run-down part of Paradox. Two miles of traps and fence separate MAYHEM from any outside contact. [Guards on Duty - 50. Temple of the Faiths Even as Death has passed them by, some people do not wish to relinquish the faith that sustained them in life. Some come here out of routine. Others come here to penitently question their deity, perhaps even beg to be released from Paradox. One enters through a spacious main foyer that branches off into the various religions.
