Mayor Solomon's Office.
The Office of The Wise One. He's been mayor as long as people can remember; no one's ever bothered to run against him. He keeps the general population pretty happy. Most of the city affairs are handled by Solomon. Rumor has it, he's the same Solomon from The Old Testament in The Bible - but when asked, he just smirks. "Don't you know, those're all just myths?"
