Why Con Brio?
Con Brio is an Italian musical term meaning With Brilliance or With Spirit. It can also mean with fire and energy, vigor and passion. We chose the name because we're passionate, dedicated individuals, and we seek to establish a guild of likeminded individuals with the same vigor and desire to succeed.

About Con Brio
Con Brio was originally founded in April 2008 as a reroll guild. The leadership of this guild began this endeavor for many different reasons, as we come from different walks of life in the game. Some of us felt burn-out was rapidly closing in. Others felt as though other opportunities are slowly fading away, and realized that when one door closes, others may open. But most of all, we all desired a guild full of people on the same page as us, a group of unselfish, humorous, and intelligent players we could experience content with. We all love this game, and believe that Con Brio will show us new experiences that will make us love it even more.

What do we want to achieve?
First and foremost, this guild's primary goal is to create and maintain a fun and intelligent raiding environment. We don't want this game to feel like a job, and we want to log on for each other. We try to find a balance between being good raiders in pursuit of end-game content and being a fun, friendly social guild.

With that said, this game is not difficult, and while we're not PvE elitists, we do have little patience for those who waste our time. We feel that these days, "experience" isn't that difficult to come by, regardless of skill, effort, and knowledge of the game. So we're basing our membership on intelligent and mature people, with the idea that gear and experience can be easily gained, but attitude, maturity, and intelligence cannot.

Each of us has seen end-game content to some extent or another- some have even seen all of it- and find it to be the most enjoyable thing this game has to offer. Our primary goal when creating this guild was to strive to explore end-game at an enjoyable, steady pace so that we can begin to discover what "old and nerfed" content is like from a very different point of view. We wanted to build a respectable reputation on our server as an intelligent, well-spoken guild of excellent players who know how to enjoy the game and have a good time. We plan on tackling the more difficult content as soon as our core begins to form, and we intend to blow through content at a laid back and fun pace.
