Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by the using the Report Post link or email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. By using this site, you must agree to the following terms. 1. You agree that you will not use this site to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violate of any law. Decisions as to what is considered as such will be made by the members of the [C~A] staff. 2. Members shall not attempt to solicit or recruit other members to join any other website or forum that would conflict with, or otherwise be detrimental to the growth and well being of [C~A]. 3. Any business or individual wishing to become an official [C~A] sponsor must contact a member of the administration before posting any links to their site, or before attempting to sell any products. Such posts will be removed without notice until the proper actions are taken. 4. By contributing content including (but not limited to) work, images, information, or other content, you agree to grant [C~A] full rights to use, display, transmit, communicate, and publish said content in any publication, transmission, or other production by [C~A]. Below are the Signature and Avatar Guidelines. The forum software will resize most images to fit within the guidelines, however, a member of the staff may contact you if it is still too large or does not fit within the guidelines. 1.) Images must fit within dimensions of 600 pixels wide by 150 pixels tall with a 50 KB limit. Images may be JPEG or GIF. You may have multiple images only if they are on the same line and do not exceed 600x120 pixels in overall combined dimension or 50 KB in overall combined size. Avatars are limited to 100x100 pixels. 2.) Signatures can be 900 characters in length or 4 lines in length, whichever comes first. The 4 lines of text is variable among different screen resolutions. We are imposing a 4-line limit based on an 800x600 resolution screen. You may add this text in addition to a picture that follows the guidelines above. 3.) No advertisements for vendors, period. If a vendor would like to display their product information, they may contact us for advertising rates. 4.) Sigs and avatars will not be allowed to have images of an obscene nature.
