Now I wouldn't be me, if I didn't start coming out with ideas. So I say let's get this party started.

The Characters: Anyone who has played this game, know that there are far too many in this game as it is. Now this may not see too bad in the form of a game, but it causes far too many problems in a movie. So here I shall state the characters that I feel should stay, as well as the reasons behind my choice. I won't mention the obvious ones though. (And if their are any others you feel should stay, by all means keep them)

Leena
Reason: Because I felt she was a good character, being Serge's girlfriend and all. They in my opinion, made a good couple for the few scenes that we did see of the home world Leena. And Another World Leena has a bunch of story potential, as the ending states that this Leena falls for our hero. She can also be the character that reminds Serge that he already has a girlfriend, and that he should NOT hit on short skirted blondes. (I will explain my idea for the imfamous ending as soon as I am done talking about the characters that will stay)

Guile turned into Magil
Reason: Guile as we all know, was going to be Magil until it became to hard to create Magus' background story. I say we have every right to change Guile into Magil, thus improving the story im my mind. Now where would his character show up in our version? I say we make it like Radical Dreamers, and make him Kid's bodyguard, thus showing up when she does.

Glenn
Reason: Because he is as awesome as his namesake, that's why! And besides, I like his story.

Nikki
Reason: I always felt his story was interesting, and adds more depth to the ever so awesome Fargo. (As well as the Deva Marcy) But I don't think we should have the Another World version join them, as I think it would be better to simply have Magil take them through the same path that Guile took them through.

Korcha and his family
Reason: Simple. They make good supporting roles, but should ONLY be supporting characters as they do not make good heroes.

Lucia
Reason: She has a past with Lucca, and thus should stay. But just like Nikki and the "Cha" family, should stay as a supporting character. She was never a good fighter anyway...

Doc
Reason: Because he is not only the doctor that healed Kid, but is also one of the greater characters. His part will most be the Dr. Mcoy of the Chrono Series, as everyone needs a doctor to traval alongside you, and heal your wounds when needed right?

Orhla
Reason: Let's see... hmmm... I dunno, maybe because She is Hot, strong, as well as a great friend of Doc? Need I say anymore?

Boy was that long, but now it is time to state my idea for the ending that has caused many a shipper war...

Serge And Leena? Serge and Kid? Or... both? (Not like that sicko!): Boy is that picture annoying, as it has caused many a fight... Many POINTLESS fights I should mention... And in the end, everyone still argues over whether it trully means Serge ditched his girlfriend for the short skirted wonder or not. My answer is simple. He didn't, as it was a different Serge that married Kid.

So who was the lucky Serge? I beleive it was the Radical Dreamers Serge, as Chrono Cross implies that Kid has no alternate version thanks to her having been the one who saved Serge from Lynx. So my guess is that the computer was simply telling us Kid's future, which is to one day enter the Radical Dreamers world. I don't know how we can make this clear in the movie, but it would be nice if find somewhere to stick this idea into the story.

So to sum it all up.

This is sounding really good. I especially like the Magil as Kid's bodyguard idea, but maybe you should rename him as Gil, his japanese name.

Personally, I like the english name better. When I see Gil, I don't really see the intended connection to Magus. But when I see the name Magil, I see it as being pretty obvious who it is. And you also have to keep in mind that Luminaire has been using the english names, hence why his calls the Chrono Trigger main character Crono, instead of the the Japanese Kurono (Or Chrono if you translate the meaning)

So in order to keep from getting people confussed, I say stick with all of the english names. But that is just me of course.

Yep, English names will probably be used. However, Crono's name sounds the same no matter how you spell it, and since there's no reason to spell it in the movie...
