Picked up this book at Borders the other day. An absolutely awsome read, so far. It chronicles Mace Windu's search, on his home planet, for Depa Bilaba, his former padawan and good friend. Seeing the way Mace operates and discriptions of his Vaapad lightsaber fighting style is reason enough to read it, but the story is excellent as well. I highly recommend it to anyone even remotely interested in the EU. Has anyone else read this?

shatterpoint was the first clone wars novel i read. i loved it.
i realy loved jango fett, and when mace windu sliced off his head in ep. II i really hated mace windu. i mean really hated him. but then after reading shatterpoint, i decided that mace windu is t3h r00x0rs and that GL is the moron for making mace windu kill one of my favorite characters. anyway, everyone go read shatterpoint. -------------------- |

i'm up to chapter six now. the contrast of a jedi of peace coming to a waring world is excellent. the horrors of war are really being portrayed well.
