Just found this on Twitter-sounds like a big event for Carly and appears that she's doing the show by herself (not with the band). Love the title they give her "Rock Star" instead of "American Idol Finalist" (Yay!!) :

Hi! I'm Melissa...just found this site a few weeks ago when I heard Carly was going to be performing at State Games of America. I am there right now with my figure skating club, and am leaving for opening ceremonies soon. I saw her doing soundcheck today...she sounded great! I liked her on the show, and am glad to have the opportunity to see her in person. She really does have a powerful voice...can't wait to see her full performance tonight! Unfortunately I didn't bring a camera, all I have is my cruddy 15 second cell phone video camera, but I'll be happy to share if I get any decent video. Nice to find you all!  |
