As you know, people are afraid of flame wars starting when things like

Politics
Religion
Drugs
The meaning of life ($£*)
are brought into light. I propose a seperate board where flaming is still not encouraged, but those seeking an intellectual discussion can go and debate 'sensative' topics in a mature and civilised manor.

Such boards have proved succesful in several other forums i am a member off, and during dry spells where I'm taking a break from the strain of programming, have kept me going back to the forum again and again.

Cool, you're poitning out an actually good idea.
but sometimes debates come ineperated from an offtopic topic. Would be nice to move these topics to an special place :)

We should have like an "Off-Topic Debate" bit. I'm the one that usually starts them, because i want to find out some little question, then it turns into an all out war. So i would like one to please :)
