Before a year ago I had only slept with four men and all were year plus relationships that I was almost completely miserable in half the time. Now sometimes I sleep with four guys a week, and I am almost always having the time of my life. I let them know up front that it is a no strings attached thing and rarely are there any problems. Society frowns on my lifestyle, but I am so much happier and fullfilled then I was before. Tell me Dr. Shane, am I doing anything wrong?

This thread was actually meant to be more entertaining then serious, but this is a serious question that I don't want to throw all the obvious jokes at.

I would say as long as you are being honest with yourself, honest with your partners, safe, and don't mind other people judging you, then it is your life to lead and you are not doing anything wrong. But if any of those four aren't true, then there might be a problem.

Another problem that might pop up is that this is a small community and eventually one of these guys is going to get possesive or jealous and you and your flavor of the night could end up in danger.

Sex is a beautiful thing that is meant to be shared by two people that love each other. Sure, you can still attain physical pleasure without love, but the physical combined with the emotional aspect creates a true gift that you are cheapening for any future lover. Having fun and being completed are two separate things and every time you sleep with someone just because he got you drunk enough to do so forever reduces your chances of ever being complete.
