Losing fat is really simple to figure out as a solution. If you burn more calories (fuel) than you consume, your body is forced to use stored energy (fat, fuel).
It's that simple. No diet pill, informercial, contraption, or gimmick will take away body fat. Eat less calories than you burn. That's....all......seriously. |
