Trigger warnings need to be put at the top of any post which could be triggering to any members. You will find these in the "show all" part of the emoticons. It is also sensible to put a trig warning in the title of the topic. If you forget pm me or a mod and we can do it for you. :) Please do not talk about your methods. I don't want members getting ideas and causing serious damage to themselves. You can say you cut for example but no saying what you used or how you used it. You will get a warning by PM and the offending part of the message will be removed by a mod or myself.

No spamming, or flooding. At the moment there is little flood control but if anyone floods this will go up. Spamming is allowed in the specific spam forum. You can also put links in your signatures. Any spamming outside will receive a warning by pm. Constant spamming outside the forum will instigate a suspension for ignorance of the rules.

Please respect other members. This means no harassment, flaming, or any nit picking. A warning will be given and most likely a suspension depending on the severity of the matter.

No encouragement of eating disorders, Self Harm or Suicide. This isn't a PRO site, it is here to help people recover from Self Harm, Eating disorders and suicidal thoughts. Any disregard of this WILL result in a suspension and maybe banning depending how serious the offence is.

Any offensive PMs to be forwarded to admin/mods for them to be dealt with. Please use the "block pms" option to prevent that user pming you. If you don't know where it is please don't hesitate to ask. People found abusing the PM system will have their PM privileges removed either permanently or for a small amount of time. Any offensive posts in the forum, please use the report feature which can be found next to the edit button. Please do not encourage any problems, just report it.

As said before please do not have hundreds of flickering pics in the signatures and please watch the size. It distracts from the posts. If you are unsure about your signature don't hesitate to ask. A signature that is too much will be removed and you will get a pm explaining why.

Member Titles cannot be changed until you have made 5 posts. When you have made these 5 posts then you can change it in the "edit profile info" section in the "my controls" area.

Your post count will not increase if you post in the games forum. As this is a support forum, i feel it defeats the object if people use the games to increase their post count.

This is an important rule: Please do not post Suicide Notes. The members on this board are extremely fragile and they could not do anything if you wrote that and would get extremely upset. If you are planning to commit suicide please get help. Ring a helpline, you can find a list of helplines to ring here. We can't help much, we can only offer support. The best place for advice is from a trained professional.

Please do not double post. If you forgot something, please use the edit option and add it in.
