ermm this is really embarassing and i didnt know if i could wirte it on here so please delete if u think its not appropriate.

Well basically im 13 and iv just discovered a red patch on my left breast. Its got bigger and now its turned a yellow colour in the middle. Its also gone kindahard like a lump.

I really dont know if its serious but im so worried and to scared to go to the docs.

Right, well you are very young, so it is unlikely to be anything really serious, but I really recommend you go to the doctor, you can ask for the doctor to be female. To be honest its very scary, but in the end its more important to get it checked out.

I'm sure it will be fine, but better safe than sorry right?

Take care,

Sarah

Anyone can make an appointment with their doctors or maybe you can go and see the school nurse.

Seeing the school nurse would be a good idea. You cant put these things off unfortunately hunni.

As sarah says you can't put these off because it can be anything. Please don't feel nervous to go and see your school nurse or a doctor, they are there to help you and to put your mind at rest.

i will try. but i cant even leave the house wthout my mum wanting 2 kno where i am going.

i am really gonna try and build up the courage but im scared of doctors (i know it sounds stupid) i cant go about anything.

I find it hard even if im just going 4 say some antibiotics 4 an ear ache.

i dont have a good relationship with the school nurse. lets just say it was to do with my SI...

Everyone is scared of something hunni, a lot of people hate the doctors. There are times when you have to push yourself to do stuff, it helps in the long run.

Hun I hope you can go to the doc or the school nurse, it probably isn't anything serious but better safe than sorry and it would give you some peace of mind.
I know going to the docs can be scary hun but perhaps less scary than if it gets worse?

Love and hugs
