Well, like I said, it's dumb.
The US doesn't have any laws like that... erm.. I actually don't think we have any laws concerning mental health other than it has to be included on health insurance for work.
Pfft, come to the US instead.

My God, that's awful! Makes me glad for the first time in my life that I live in New Jersey. *Snorts* Sounds like your government is trying to take over people's lives even more than ours! That's just stupid, honestly. And I thought it was bad that my mom was forcing me into treatment? My God, imagine if it was a law... ugh.
