Start from crab position then do the following:
1. Put your left hand on the floor a couple of feet in front of you , then step your left foot in front of that so that your right knee bends .
2. Then cross your right foot behind your left foot ( so that your shins are making sort of an x ) .
3. Step your left leg parallell to the right and put your right hand down so that you are in a crab position facing up to the ceiling .
4. Then do exactly the same thing going around to the back - right leg crosses over the left , lifting up your left arm
5. left foot steps back ,
6. right foot steps sideways to get your legs parallell to each other and now you are facing down to the floor , legs in the wide V where you started .
