I like this anime a lot.
For those that don't know about it - it's about a girl who comes to live with a cursed family that whenever a member of the opposite sex hugs them they turn into the different animals of the chinese zodiac.
It's a really cute and funny anime. My co-workers even liked it and they are 20+ year old guys XD
Also the Fruits Basket manga series is one of the top selling manga in the US. (credits ann)
This is one anime where the dub is actually good. It wasn't bad at all. The music isn't my favorite but many people like it.
The ending (to me) was kind of abrupt .. i was kind of hoping for more episodes or at least a movie or something. LOL but i geuss im like that with all anime
I think Kyo is pretty hot lol but im not sure if he can compare to Touya

I LOVE Fruits Basket!! Definitely one of my favorite animes! In fact, I feel like watching it now. XD Kyo is my FAVORITE... SO HOTT!! And.. Ooh.. he can compare to Touya.. but.. Wow, it's hard. Especially since they are so alike and have the same voice actor! XD I also thought the ending was pretty abrupt, but I don't think it was a bad ending, either.

I didn't know there was a dub, though. o_O

OMG I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE FRUITS BASKET!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S A FAVORITE OF MINES TOO!!! AND YEAH KYO IS VERY HOT!!!!! XD

And yeah, the dub is one of the best dubbed anime ever, it's all "natural" as Funimation (Justin Cook think is his name..the guy who directss the voice overs and the project and also does Haru ^^) wanted it. Ahh Fruits Basket teaches a lot and compares a lot of real life things!!! Eee I think I'm gonna go watch it soon

You know, after talking with Sara this is probably the only anime I'd ever see willingly dubbed. And now after seeing that example, Steph, I wanna get my hands on that dubbed episode and see it! XD
