Westerville is a small town located in northern Washington. There's a high school, some places to hang out, a night club only half an hour away, a beach two hours away: it seems like every other town in nearby. But unlike all the other nearby towns, it has a secret. And it's pretty dark. Two years ago, a section of the town burned down. Dembree street. It was filled with the nicest mansions and townhouses in all of Westerville. Not all the houses were completely burned down and those were rebuilt and sold. The police just said that the reason was that someone left a lit candle on a porch and the wind knocked it over causing the fire. But that was a lie. The street is mostly closed off, but all the wreckage of the old houses is cleared. Only a few houses are there, and the new owners like their privacy. And these owners aren't human, no, they are vampires. And for some reason, these vampires are trying to avoid the humans, which only draw them closer.
