Administrator Group: Admin Posts: 99 Member No.: 1 Joined: 2-March 08	!RULES! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - !BASICS! by joining blood&&roses, that means that you are accepting and following all the rules listed here. you also are agreeing to listen to all the admins. they are the leaders, you do not disobey them. but relax, all of them are nice. if they were mean, i wouldn't make them admin. and if i was mean, i'd probably start crying. but you must listen to them, so when they say something, you follow it. we may change the rules at any time without any notice, so review them every once in awhile. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - !REGISTERING! when registering, do so with your characters first, middle, and last name. no screennames or anything like 'ilovemiley8894.' the account will have to be deleted or you may ask an admin to change it for you. if you spell your character's name wrong or want to change it, contact an admin over pm or over the chatbox. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - !CHARACTERS! everyone is allowed to have five characters, at least two of them must be boys. we want to have as equal as a ratio as possible otherwise we won't have enough boys for the girls. don't decide to make three girls then not make any guys, that is not fair either. you may get special permission from the admin to make more, but that is a reward if you are able to keep up with all of your characters. you are allowed to make up to 2 canon characters, but they cannot be related (plot wise or family wise). you also can't have all vampires or all humans. if you notice there are more vampires then humans, please try to make some humans. that is the only exception to the 'all vampires, all humans' rule. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - !RATING! this site is rated m for mature. and by that i mean that there will be sex, drugs, swearing, and pregnancy. if you don't like any of that, then don't bother joining. if you think there will be some 'm' rated material in your topic, please put M in the topic description that way if someone wants to avoid it, they can. but don't go overboard with the swearing, nobody swears every other word. and for pregnancy, some people may want there to be vampire pregnancy, others may not. we will take a vote on that when the time comes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - !VAMPIRES! yes. there are vampires on this site. as for the way they act, we aren't gonna be following one myth. vampires drink blood, but they also eat. they don't eat much, but if they want to eat a lot they can. that way their secret is kept more easily from humans. as for sunlight, no effect. a vampire may have a power or two, but we cant have three people reading minds and five having visions. there is a sign-up sheet for powers. look at that before making your vampire. there can be a couple people having visions or something like that, but after that i won't accept anymore. not all vampires have powers either, please make some regular vampires too. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - !ROLEPLAYING! when it comes to role playing, i am sick of seeing all those sites with people posting tiny paragraphs. its annoying and boring and there really is no point. but, i'm not saying that we should have to post a book every post. every single post there should be at least 2 good sized paragraphs (6-8 long sentences..) and make sure that your spelling and grammar is as close to correct as possible. you don't have to have it perfect, but try to correct all the mistakes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - !OOC! no fighting whatsoever out of character. keep all fights in character and there alone. if you have a problem with someone, please contact an admin with the problem and try to maturely talk it out. we want everything to be nice and peaceful here, and fighting is not okay. and try not to talk about religion, politics, etc. we don't want any fighting, you may mention something about politics or religion or whatever, but we do not want any fights just because one person is jewish and another is christian. and also, try to respect everyone if they do mention something. do not be mean to someone just because they like something you hate. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - !CHATBOX! there is a little place on the sidebar that i'm sure everyone is familiar with. the c-box, or the chatbox. now there are a whole set of rules there. NO ADVERTISING. you may put a link in yer e-mail/website box and you can talk about it but don't be like CHECK OUT _______! also no spamming whatsoever. this a rule for the whole site, but i'm gonna put it here. you may swear in the chatbox, but don't go overboard. and write in plain english. T415 15 H4RD T0 R34D. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - !ADVERTISING! there is a board at the bottom of the page that is made for advertising. you may put your ads there. if your posting back, put it in the linked back sub-board.and if it's your first time, put it in the first time. if any members want to advertise, they should copy the advertisement and put it on a site. there is an advertising list that has all the sites our ad is on. if you advertise anywhere, put the link to the sites you put our ad on there. also, check to make sure our ad isn't already on the site. i do not want there to be some confusion where our ad is up a bunch of times. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
