In the past, hundreds of thousands of years ago, wolves were first spotted upon the fertile land of Elathior, this world upon which they now reside. The Alphas, also known as the Alphess Caran and the Alpha Grathan, led the others out of reclusion, for they had hidden away from the world that faced them, full of perils.

Each of the three packs had a nature and a name. The Regad pack, which lived near a large forest, weren't ones to pick sides. They were neutral, and accepted the malcontents who were considered unfit for either of the two other packs.

The Galan pack, who resided in the plains, eating deer and rabbits, and occasionally plants, were the good pack, accepting only those kind and pure of heart. They had always been good, having nothing at all to complain about in their life.

And lastly, the Haloor pack, which resided in the once fertile desert, were discontent with the area in which they lived. They attack the other packs at every opportunity, trying to steal their lands. The desert was bare, except for snakes, birds, and scorpions. The only plants that grew there were cacti and tough dune grass. Many of the Haloor pack are thin, for lack of things to eat.

Caran and Granthan live mainly in the mountains, but they venture among the packs, lending a helping hand to those who need it.

The Galan and Haloor packs are warring, for their natures are of the opposite, and they disagree on many facts. Occasionally, the Haloor will attack the Regad, but they have many in their pack, and they can always defend their lands.
