This is an open letter to the families and friends of the players.
We know it may be difficult, but please, before touching your brother/sister/friend's/cousins account, read the rules. It is so disappointing to us when we have to ban entirely innocent players because you logged in and thought it was a PvP game.
We know you mean no harm at all, and are just doing your [-insert relation here-] a favor by maintaining their presence while they're out doing heroic things like saving grandmothers and feeding the poor, but you're really only causing trouble.
We ban people for outwardly breaking rules and then being completely unresponsive to admin questions. Later, on the messageboards we learn that they were not intentionally breaking rules, but it was you. You didn't know the rules, and you couldn't answer us because you lack basic literacy skills! We had no clue, and clearly we should unban the innocent account owner right away.

More seriously, I've gotten this -a lot- on every other game I've ever admined for. I for one, won't be accepting the "My pet turtle broke the rules, not me!" line. Please do not use it, as I will send the cheapest most STD-ridden male whore I can charge to your credit card right to your door, with the instructions to rape you for five hours straight.
