The Infiltration Base owned by Hell's Bells Inc is positioned out into what is left of Staten Island. Buried completely underground, there are four floors and 500 acres worth of fortified space. This area is not only used as a training facility but also for that of clinical testing, holding cells and other crude ways of treatment. Many Soldiers, Special Agents and Investigators make this Base their home, as their is also suited bunkers and eating facilities within. With state of the art equipment and high security guarding every angle its no wonder why its more of a fort then a facility.

Since the wars many places have closed,
some buildings are under construction,
while others are condemned.
