Okay here's mine:

Edward and Johnny Zacchara from General Hospital(The writers HAD to have read Twilight there is even a love Triangle exactly like the Edward/ Bella/Jacob triangle...

Here is how they are alike:

They can both jump off of twelve story buildings and live(in Johnny's case it was just luck that he walked away without a scratch)

They both have interesting sisters(Alice and Rosalie[in Edward's case] and Claudia[in Johnny's case] though I would never compare Alice, Rosalie, and Claudia... they're too different, though I'm sure Alice and Rosalie would LOVE Claudia's red shoes)

Edward and Johnny are both mysterious to their love interests.

Edward and Johnny are both in love with girls that they know they're too dangerous for(Edward being a vampire and Johnny being a mobster)
They both play the piano.
Edward and Johnny are both gorgeous!!!!! (though Edward's beauty can't be compared)

They definitely read Twilight! On a few episodes this week Claire de Lune was featured(and I'm pretty sure it was played) when the couple(Johnny and Lulu) who remind me of Edward and Bella was on... Then Johnny mentioned Debussy.... and the other man in Lulu's life is exactly like Jacob(but I like Jake sooooo much more than Logan, and that's saying something!) and Lulu is sooo much like Bella, Maybe I'm nuts but the GH writers HAD to have read Twilight.
Though, I'm so obsessed with both I might be going crazy...
And, after watching the latest MTV video where we hear Rob's American accent... well Johnny's voice is VERY similar(at least to me)...

He kisses Lulu(his Bella) and kind of breaks up with her, but they aren't really together... Lulu goes and talks to her cousin(about Johnny) and then Johnny and Logan(the Jacob in the story line) and they have a heated conversation...
