Cookware

I would like to know the best cookware to buy as a bird owner. I know that nonstick pans are a bad thing. They are the best to cook with though. I recently bought Cuisinart stainless steel pots and pans and I hate them, everything sticks in them and after cooking in one of the fry pans it already looks worn. The CLub had a guy come who was selling a certain brand of pots and pans but it was several years ago and I dont remember the name of the company. Any suggestions please let me know. Thanks,

I have some Caphlon (sp?) pans which I have found to work well. They do make a nonstick type also, so be careful what you buy. The company doesn't recommend using nonstick sprays like Pam, but I use them anyway and get pretty good results.
