Welcome to Bane City, a role-playing game based on a fictional CRIME polluted city. This game is for INTERMEDIATE to ADVANCED role players. But beginners are welcome if they promise to provide or exceed the minimum of post required: Post should consist of 2-3 paragraphs, 5-10 sentences each. NightStalkers
Where there is darkness there is the joy of sadistic play of terrorizing torture. The NightStalkers own and make good use of many of the abandon and underground structures all across Bane City. An abandon subway station is one of their primary places of meeting and what is unknown to many, is if one travels down the pitch black corridor, it could lead them straight to the establishment in which they reside; Another ‘abandon’ complex that has a large warehouse next door – concealed and restricted by a tall wooden fence. Enter at your own risk, for those that do may not return.

The fog looms heavily over a particularly dark alleyway that seems entirely deserted. But deep within the depths of obscurity, behind such a murky exterior is where the distraught and reckless reside. Sangue Vendicativo
Yet another interesting claim of territory, though it is still uncertain as to it being the primary living accommodation of the Sangue Vendicativos. Established within a part of Bane City that was completely deserted during the rise of corrupt and destruction area is a small abandoned strip mall that has been claimed as the primary Headquarters.

The Roux manor is set on more then 3,668 acres of land and consumes a majority of Bance City's countryside. The mansion has everything from a vintage Sicilian style and decoration to an unbeatable security system. Here you can find them in their own private dwelling, but mind yourself that this is also home to their many narcissistic indulgences.

The Zacchara Family
The grand estate of the Zacchara’s is ‘hidden’ among the city’s outskirts. Surrounded by thick foliage. The main road can take you to their front door, while a smaller back road disappears among the forest looping the long way around the island of Bane, dumping you back into the city.

Underground Demons
Located on the outskirts of Bane City is an old abandoned building, hidden behind a ton of foliage. This building is headquarters to the Underground Demons, a gang like none of the others here. Like any of the other gangs very few people know where to find this place, and those who do seldom see daylight again. That is of course, if you're fighting for the wrong side. There are no roads, no signs, and no possible way to determine which way to go when entering the gangs territory. There are securities located everywhere on the premises, there is no where to run and no place to hide. Trust your instincts and your judgement and don't enter.

Railroad Tracks
the railroad tracks are a popular area for the lower class citizens running a mock around Bane City. several criminals have stowaway on the supply cars to get into Bane City, others stowaway to get out of Bane. however it’s a known fact it’s easier to get in Bane City than it is to get out. it’s a breeding ground for all types of criminal activity. the loud noise of the trains horn, and the clickity clack of its wheels running along the steel tracks conceal the wailing sounds of agony - several innocent civilians have become the victims of torture, rape or dying a slow miserable death near or on the train tracks. the railroad tracks is like a giant maze, full of different cars – some abandon, some still in working condition and may contain certain previsions that may be of use to you. Watch your back, because you never know who is watching and waiting for you to walk by.

The Cavern
a popular club located in the middle of Bane City. it’s neutral territory for all of banes citizens, meaning you’re liable to find both the higher and lower class socializing with one another and rival gang members occupying either side of the club. the environment is easy going and offers a little bit of everything – good drinks, food, dance floor, stage, occasional job opportunities and a few back rooms that can be rented out for entertainment purposes or business meetings.

Pixie's Parlor
a mere short distance from the cavern, another popular and fairly neutral establishment is pixie’s parlor. it’s outer appearance is small with uncharacteristic white painted brick, and red trimming, with neon signs glowing in the front windows. It’s interior however is very spacious with décor that the ‘average’ Bane citizen will find very inviting. the parlor specializes in providing tattoos and piercing to their paying consumers, along with offering a pool hall with a bar in the basement. positioned beside an alleyway at this particular inner section of the city that’s becoming increasingly known for its drug activities, we all know this wont remain a clean business for long.

The Motel
this is not your average motel that you can find near the city limits of Bane. this is a whorehouse; some of the women have come to work at this establishment willingly others were kidnapped and brought here against their wishes. the establishment is a popular joint for both the criminals and local police. crooked cops are always dropping by to have a little fun, or bring a recent catch to earn some quick and a large amount of cash. half the women that make up this facility are barely in their right mind. they are kept drugged to a certain extent – some more than others to prevent them from easily escaping or giving the clients too much ‘trouble.’

Scene 83
one of the hottest casinos in the city of Bane. citizens of all classes come here in high hopes to get lucky, or just to add more to their already ridiculous fortune. the casino has six floors, with an added five on top for luxurious hotel rooms. there are neon lit bars, exotic drinks, sensual dancers, excellent food, and every type of worldly sin that you can imagine. the staff is in top condition, and are constantly keeping a look out for the people who try to cheat in their winnings. scene 83 is a great place to get your fun entertainment and desired sex. it's also known for being the perfect source to find your variety of drugs and other under the table deals.

The Mere
the chilling waters that surround the city also run through some of the underground tunnels and canals. there’s a particular park section within the city’s district that borders a collected expansion of standing water. this area is thick with foliage, green grass and big trees. during the winter, most of it will freeze over; providing a solid skating rink for those that are looking for a fun sport that will keep them warm and active through the cold season. it’s a peaceful setting, but shouldn’t be misconstrue to be such a thing. the criminals love it because its another place to hide dead bodies. just like the other places in Bane you never know who may be watching and waiting; it could be a matter of what time you may be wondering around. while most of the criminal activity will usually take place after nightfall, there has been increasing reports of various crimes taking place during the day.

Streets
the cobblestone streets of bane are haunting in the way that the slow mist rolls in at night or during the early morning, and may even linger throughout the day. although most of bane’s streets are wide enough to fit two cars traveling in opposite directions, is become more common to travel through bane on foot. once the fog rolls in several people argue, what’s the point in driving a car when you’re moving about as fast as you would if walking on foot? others argue the dangerous of moving through the streets of bane on foot due to the criminal infestation. whatever the case may be, its become common knowledge to travel with a weapon and always be prepared for the unexpected. watch your back when traveling through the streets of Bane City.

The Bridge
this bridge separates the inner hardcore city of Bane from the outer limits of Bane. the outer limits of Bane are mostly populated by homes of middle class citizens and mansions that belong to the higher-class citizens. the bridge is wide and strong enough to support two or more big rigs crossing at once and provides a small sidewalk for citizens to walk across on. a sign is positioned on the either side of the bridge that is barely legible due to the graffiti markings. the print reads out a warning to all drivers are asked to drive a slow rate of speed when crossing the bridge. this is due to the amount of heavy mist coming from the water canal underneath, it usually engulfs most of the bridge all year around so drivers are asked to go slow and be careful when crossing the bridge. of course not everyone abides by this rule and several car jacking and robberies have occurred as a result of a vehicles moving across the bridge at a slow rate of speed.

The Crypt
there's a lot of illegal fights that take place in Bane City, rather it be out in the open on the street corner or ‘undercover’ in the abandon warehouses, basements or other run down establishments. However, there is a more permanent residence that’s been established by some of the main fighters of bane. located downtown near the clubs is a large underground lot that always seems to have a fresh lingering scent of sweat and blood. men fight men, women fight women; rarely do the genders intermix. there are no weapons allowed on the fighting grounds, they must be removed at the top of the stairs. for the men, the only clothing that can be worn are their pants they come in with. All other articles of clothing (including shoes and socks) must be removed before entering the ring. women fighters are privileged to wear a shirt and the pants they come in with – a trend for the women is wearing a shirt that best resembles a bra or some type of halter-top. the crypt is known only through word of mouth; if you are an average citizen of bane, it’s highly unlikely that you’ll ever stumble across the underground fight club.

Abandon Morgue
the morgue was once a gloomy inhabitance for the dead, now it serves as a secluded residence for the criminal and the homeless. while bums use the morgue for a dry place to sleep, drug lords use it for a safe place to create and store illegal substances. abandoned nine years ago, the morgue is still filled with tools and other objects that the morticians once used for their gruesome duties. although the bodies have been removed, the crematorium remains stained with the slight stench of the deceased.

Rooftops
buildings that have long ago been abandon instigate and inspire all forms of criminal activity. the rooftops have become popular meeting grounds for some of Bane City’s most elite personnel conducting illegitimate activities. in addition to being a popular hang out for the younger crowd, or an ideal place to get away from it all and ‘hide out’.

Junkyard
merely seen as the remnants of the city’s destruction, the junkyard remains a disaster zone; a mass amount of territory littered vastly with all forms of demolition piled high and wide. this was once the place the prompted some of Bane’s most gruesome and excruciating crimes, and it’s still known to be. however, its more commonly known as an abhorrent yet applicable burial ground for those that are less fortunate. the junkyard reeks of death, devastation and blood. it’s the runaway place for tarnished souls in search of some form of shelter or a hideaway from others giving chase after them.

The Alcove
edging close to the mere, a heavy mist lingers continuously, making the alcove hard to spot, but easy to stumble across. those that are homeless, or addicted to testing their bounds of limitation, trek across the upheaval rugged terrain without a care. one puts their life at risk when seeking shelter or some sense of privacy among the half-crumbled walls, fragile remnants of what is left of the structure. a structure that once housed several hidden chambers that still remain, leading one down to the abandon tunnels or torture & cage-like rooms. trespass over the abandon residence at your own risk, you may very well make it to see another day...but then again, your death certificate was already signed when you first step foot in Bane City and decided to call it home.

Abandon & Underground Tunnels
throughout Bane City several abandon tunnels can be found. there are a number of roads that have been shut down due to the city’s destruction. the homeless have turned some of them into their own makeshift homes by boarding up the entry way. while criminals use most of the tunnels that run underground; they use them for easy transportation and as to not bring attention to themselves by the crooked police and such. they are also a means to take shelter or hide when the heat is turned up and they’re on the run.

Shipping Harbor
in the outer most region of Bane City is the old harbor, most black-market privateers and those involved with gangs come here to get packages which cannot be sent any others way. the whole yard is made of three buildings, a very large one with all sorts of boxes and garbage, a second smaller one that is full of cargo containers and a smaller shed that has been locked for years. Recently the harbor was opened back up, privately owned by a Mister and Misses Vicious and their company.

BLITZ
dj's spin, led's flare, bartenders pour, girls dance on poles and in cages, and endless requests pour from the stereo. blitz is a nightclub owned and operated by Aristide Roux, a place where he has built his empire and La Famiglia has built their weekend hide away. blitz is warehouse turned club, with many colored led's flashing and numerous employee's dancing, serving, and dealing. here you can buy almost anything; rock and roll, sex, drugs, and slaves. paying a little extra may result in a trip to the basement, a place where all the illegal business goes on.

Police Department
where all of the law enforcers are located, but most of its cops don't even bother to enforce the law anymore. many of the uniformed pigs are taking advantage of their shiney badges and sleek guns. they know that they can get away with almost anything without being caught, and they definetly enjoy the ability to push people around. most of Bane's citizens despise these arrogant pricks, but are to afraid to stand up to them. while a few people rataliate against the police without a care in the world.

Mercy Hospital
there is never a dull moment down at mercy hospital. paramedics run rapid taking care of all sorts of trauma victims, with the number of supplies given to them by the government – which isn’t as much as most hospitals anymore. Bane has become a forgotten city, one that has been overrun by convicted felons, there are very few good people in this city that can make a difference. The few that are around barely make it through each passing day. just like the police of Bane there are a number of ‘evil doctors’ that make up the hospital staff. some run on a different payroll, helping only certain types of people, and killing off others that they’re told to get rid of. there are even a couple ‘mad scientists’ that have preformed special experiments on the innocent citizens of Bane. mercy hospital has become yet another place that requires you to watch your back, and trust no one.

The Verve
a popular high class restaurant, that only allows the wealthy to grace it with their presence. winning awards for serving the finest dishes and exotic drinks, not a single soul will be disappointed by the verve's large menu and respectful service. no walk-ins are accepted, you must make reservations before entering or be a registered member. parties and business dinners are happily welcomed. the verve has a pleasant atmosphere, that is perfect for either a romantic evening or other important occasions. there is live music performed by a small, professional orchestra. a dance floor and bar is available for anyone who wishes to step away from the dinner table. there is also a dress code that requires for every customer to follow: men must wear a suit and tie, while women wear dresses.

City's Outskirts
the city’s outer limits is wide and open, lacking any forms of construction or upheaval of the island’s natural habitat. it’s territory that has yet to be claimed by anyone within the city district, making it completely open to the public to travel and do as they wish. there’s a shoreline that runs on for miles and in some areas the foliage is so think one could get lost without ever meaning to. like the rest of Bane, the city’s outskirts have proven to be just as dangerous as the inner metropolis; homicides have been reported to take place in the area with steep cliffs, jagged rocks, and the merciless ocean. travel and explore at your own risk, and its highly advised, not to venture out too far after nightfall.
