Description: A Large white male with blond-ish hair and Roachinaru or as they are colloquially known as "crazy eyes" these eyes serve no other purpose except for the ability to show Tomshu's emotional state because whenever he is feeling a particular emotion his entire eye becomes a corresponding colour i.e:
Red- Anger
Black- Fury
Sky blue- Calm
Yellow- Happy
Green- Envy etc
Purple- Aroused

History: Tomshu is one of the two remaning survivors of his once great clanl; the itonami clan but his clan had an age old rivalry with the zetsumei clan and his entire clan was killed, Tomshu was able to survive because his brother the only other survivor of this clan saved his life on the clan leaders orders but his brother mysteriously dissapeared after taking Tomshu to the city, so at the tender age of 11 Tomshu was abandoned and left to fend for himself.

Tom, just a hint. your rank is Academy student. Not Rank D =) And try to mention what your character is doing now, also add in things like Dmg and CK to your jutsu's. but apart from that its good.

yes tom please be more descriptive with the jutsu and post them into technique creation following the technique creation form for them to be approved.

yes i mean genjutsu but there may be other moves called "mind attacks" that i/ you have not thought of
