This is how i would like you to set up your organisation creation form.
Remember, you must be Chuunin to start your own organisation. Although, you can be Genin and join an organisation, unless the rules of the organisation state you must be of a higher rank.

Name: Name of the organisation

Founder: Founder of the organisation, whoever it may be

Description: Describe what is special about your organisation and maybe what their goal is

Village/HQ: Where is the organisation based.

Entry Requirements: Are there any special requirements needed to become a member of this organisation. Also state if the organisation is a law-abiding one, or not.

Members: List the members here, may be edited later.
