Ok. We must keep this organized. I'll try to cover as many possibilities that may happen here.

1. As of EC team.
Switching teams will not take place, as there are some EC's that won't schedule some kind of event.

Minigame Coordinators
Red Ring 95
Starwolf_FTW

Monster trips/ PVP/ PK Trips
Animal Magik
Sword User

Skilling Events
Wolfclaw104
Dflame58

2. As of the voting
There will be one pinned poll on the Official Events, asking for the next event. The poll will be multiple choice with the following choices:
I. PVP/Pk/Monster Trip
II. Skilling Event
III. Minigame
The poll will be open for at least 24 hours. Preferably one week.
Someone from the winning event's EC team will then close and un-pin the poll, and think of an event.

3. As of the events themselves
After the winning event is decided, the winning event's EC team will then decide on what event it'll be, posting and pinning one post at the Official Events forum, stating Date, Time, Location, Description, F2P/P2P, Requirements and who will be leading the event. The time must be stated on at least GMT time, EST time, CENTRAL time and WEST time, USA. AL's member will then post their confirmation they will participate, and their names will be added to the first post. The event should be started by the organizator.

4. After-event
After the event has started, the beforementioned post will be un-pinned and closed. After the event has finished the event's leader will post the next poll as stated on art. 2 and, if wanted, open a post on the Past Events Forum.

5. As of the contests.
The contest are not an one-day event. They are scheduled and organized by the Contest EC Team. As soon as the current contest ends, a new poll will be opened and pinned by me or red on the contests forum asking for the next contest type. The poll must not include the previous contest option. After at least 24 hours (preferably one weeek), the poll will be closed and un-pinned.

6. As of the events' sign-up
The winning contest will have it's post pinned on the Contests Forum, stating the Rules, Starting Time & Date, Ending Time & Date, Event Coordinator and the tracking page. Starwolf will honour us with his comments, so the second post should be his. The following posts will be from AL's members stating their participation, their starting level and current experience points. The first post will also have the list of the signed up.

6. After contest
As soon as the contest starts, no more signings will be accepted, so the first post will remaing untouched. Starwolf's commenting post will then have his comments and the current ranking, updated preferably on a 24h basis.

7. Any question not covered here may be PM'd to me to be included here.

this is great and all but i kinda came up with the idea about getting groups to go kill stuff like daggonoths and other high lvled monsters with good drops. so i would kinda like to be able to schedule those to.

Well actually Tomilson you didn't come up with those ideas, they were mentioned in applications way before yours (I think, I know I mentioned it but can't remember the others - I've been wanting to do monster killing as a clan event for ages and even posted it on the suggestions forum), and also, we are a team, so I don't think you should be taking the credit for what we've all been doing.
I've also opened up a poll awhile ago seeing if we'd like to swap, but so far I can't really get a winner with 6/9 votes and all 3 options on 2 votes each, so, you'll have to discuss it with the other's if you'd like to swap positions.

actually animal i had thought about it long time ago and i didnt read ur app before i wrote mine. how am i taking credit for what u do? i did help in coming up with the idea to do those kinda trips. How am i not working as a team?

Dflame, the skilling events are like the woodcutting event we had on December 4th. Basically it's when everyone just skills and chills and the same area, normally working on the same skill.
