Ancient Legion > Event Coordinator forum > Dissapointment....

After going to the KBD dragon today, I was shocked by all the unorganizing that took place. Here were some of the problems I saw :

1) Lamb planned this 1 day before

2) I was the only E.C. that attended, and I have no clue what I'm doing at KBD

3) No organization once we got there, we flailed about like chickens. No one listened to one another. Ppl left (myself included). We did things we should not of done for an organized clan.

It's our duty as the E.C.'s to help out in this department. Lamb should NOT be making events, also it's very bad to make events one day before. This was very spontaneous, and Lamb should know better.

Our members attending the events have never been better, but hardly any of our E.C.'s attend them. I wanted to go to this event because I've never done it. We need to start attending these events if we want to maintain our status to the rest of the clan.

Third, we need to start planning events here. We've 9 E.C.'s now, and we should NOT have a problem making events for a few weeks in the future. We can do this crew, and let's not fail AL.

I might sound rather harsh about this, but we need to do our jobs here. sad.gif

Sorry I couldn't go, but 5 am, that's just not reasonable for me...

Yea time zones are a problem. That's why you can go to our later events when we plan them wink.gif We just need to do better, and to do that let's start planning more events.

Anyway... Sorry I couldn't go.
Also, I've been thinking. Shouldn't one of our EC's have scheduled that? I mean, starwolf is right. We have six Event Coordinators and three contest coordinators. We shouldn't have to wait for (or even let tongue.gif) Lamb schedule events.

Well even though I don't really like it, I thought we were still scheduling going by the polls for what type of event everyone wants?
But I'm trying my hardest to schedule things still, it's very hard for me with school on, and I will be scheduling something for next weekend very soon, but I'm trying things out to schedule something different, because we've done the KBD at least twice already.

I couldn't come because of real life commitments that popped up at that time.

I scheduled an event simply because it seemed no one else was. We couldn't get a war for this weekend, so I decided to schedule something.

I think the main problem was that it was too spontaneous. There needs time for ppl to surf the forum and find out that there is an event.

communication is the key.
