In case you didn't see my shouts, here they are:

QUOTE
Hey guys next time someone challenges us to a short-prep and you want to make me look like an idiot, please let me know beforehand so I can stfu. Thanks.

QUOTE
It was Redup, does it matter anyways? Kevin was afk, Arthur was afk, Alex was getting Fire Cape so as the highest rank available I asked the members if they wanted to war. Only Tri Poc replied, out of about 5 other people that were there. I had to decline and apologize simply because you were "too busy to reply".  Few minutes after, someone gets a level and guess what, everyone's like woo grats we're so happy and we didn't even have to war yay. In case you didn't realized I'M TIRED OF THIS. I'M TIRED OF WORKING MY cursing.gif OUT FOR THE CLAN WHEN PEOPLE DON'T EVEN RECOGNIZE MY HARD WORK. I always try to be nice, don't give this kind of situations importance and keep helping the clan. If this doesn't stop, say goobye to the nice guy, because I will leave.

And don't "overlook" this post and think "he's kidding, he wont leave" because I am serious about this.

Meh, another one of these drama topics. thumbdown.gif

Look, I respect you a ton -- but how can you "force" someone to give you respect? Seems to me like you're more interested in "respect" than respect. blink.gif

As everyone else said, don't leave. sad.gif

To be honest, demanding respect is not the way to get mine.

You have certainly done a lot for AL; there can be no denying that. Leaving because you feel slighted doesn't seem right to me. sad.gif

Short-prep wars are a no-no unless we have 10+ in the CC anyway. If people aren't listening to your queries, make your own decision, because if they can't bother to respond, they've lost the right to decide.

You know what I mean by respect, I talked with you about this some time ago. It pisses me off when I put my 200% to get this clan going, improve our warring, etc. and I end looking like an idiot because no one wants to war. No one wants to train, I try to encourage them to do so, I end being the "bad guy" that has to tell them what to do. I suggest snipe and anti-snipe teams, Lamb says our ranged isn't good enough, I end looking like an idiot. I encourage people to train ranged, no one wants to, I end looking like an idiot. Redup comes to the CC for a short-prep, Kevin is afk, Arthur is afk, Alex is busy, I ask the members what they think, no reply, I end looking like an idiot. It's been like this for like 3-4 weeks, and I must say I had enough...

It's pretty much what happened to Damon. He said 1 million times we had to train, he scheduled STAB Events, War Trainings, encouraged others to train, even yelled so they could realized they had to train. I understand why he quit now.

Look, send me a PM about your problems/solutions and we'll see what we can do. Might as well try to solve the problem.

> We had a quick chat in game and I think Lit got it solved. Let him close this thread when he think the subject is really done with smile.gif
