Title: Regarding Yesterday

Tom - September 26, 2009 09:07 AM (GMT)
Well yesterday at the so called "war practice" some apparently didnt enjoy me making teh team vs all.

What i cant see is why, mainly because the practice was going horribly, blasts were on, food was on, alot of people not knowing how to war... I just couldnt stand it. Also none of these options are on on a decent war.

Other thing, some said i should have helped those who didnt knew, but u know what? i made a couple of warring guides that hardly anyone read even thou i tell some new members to do so. I cba teaching every little members. I rembmer i trew away some war practices a while back, you guys know those who came? those who care? Well only jss, so dont tell me i didnt try to help people warring, i do try, people dont care, so i wont anymore eitheir.

Also nick, one of the bests at warring, makes a huge effort to make it to wars and give advice, an people repaid him by ignoring his piles and orders, some fellowship we have here.

So even if you say no, im not going to another war practice (unless it seriously improves, which im not gonna do anything about it), im pretty experienced with warring already, i went to a war on a crappy time for me just to "hijack" the war as ive been told, so ill still come to official wars, just not practices.

Also regarding teh team, we do NOT try to be apart of the clan and i dunno wtf told you that, as our events never match any of al events and most of us always come to AL events.

Thank for your time.

~~Teh Team & Tom~~

Lol serious? Me thinks people need to lighten up some.
Guys, you need to start listening to what the higher-authority members/good-at-warring members say if we're at a war prac or a war itself.
It's not good enough at the moment tbh.

Tom - September 26, 2009 09:27 AM (GMT)

Lol? It's not your fault if people don't listen in wars or pracs, especially if it's happening when you're not there.

Actually i was there :o and nick was the one leading, nobody listened to him, so me and nick and smaug made teh team vs all, that why this is all about.

Yes I know but the same thing happens almost all the time, it happened when we were embarrassed against KoD.

> Tom... Not wanting to shove more coal on the fireplace, but I need to say what's on my mind right now.

> Unfortunately, the war practice didn't go well. Mainly because there were 10 ppl, who went missing after each try, ending up with 6 after all.
> It's good that you want(ed) to improve AL's warring, but making a team and simply fighting wasn't the best course of action at that time.
> War practices should be scheduled, so we get enough people to have an actual practice. That one was doomed to fail, so it wasn't no one's responsability. We do need people to listen to callers and etc, etc... What happened to Nick was that since he's not used to calling and dealing with "deafs", he got mad, and left the practice. Being a caller requires the members to listen to the caller and the caller to impose his word above the chatter. Nick wasn't ready for that yet.

> As for you, having a "Team" against the "Rest" wasn't even near a war practice. You mentioned blasts allowed on the first match. I mistakenly toggled Magic Options to include blasts, since smaug was also changing the same option at the same time. We just needed organization to start.

> But since neither you or Nick are on AL anymore, I think this can only serve as a reference for "future practices"

Go get owned by 3 people 20 levels higher than you and see if it's fun. And you had no authority to take over the practice, since Dager left me in charge.

Ya, it was no fun, tom said there, because if he fought, you guys would of died too fast. We attacked you guys and won, it wasn't even fun.

How the hell is this problem solved, this sounds more like running away from the problem doesn't it. I dont wanna sound like im flaming or trolling but, i think that from what ive heard both sides are handling the situation rather poorly. But do what you gotta do tom, hope to see you along the road someday.
