Okay.. as a warlord, i don't feel I'm doing my job if after every war I'm complaining about the same things expecting the problems to just go away. I think its time i start to put the full burden on my back and start to set up more War Training events. The iron war was pretty fun, but it didn't quite do the job along with the fact many people didn't come. So I thought of an original game to help us improve our skills in all the major warring categories:
1. Piling
2. Tanking
3. Sniping
4. Binding

The Game

This new game, or training session, is called STAB (Snipe, Tank, and Bind). The clan is split into two teams: The Mob and the Survivors. Since this game really requires a pull of 10+ people, Survivors would be 3 selected individuals and the Mob would be everybody else. The object of this game is for the Survivors to live as long as possible. "Wow, seems like slaughter fest," is probably your first thoughts; but of course there are rules to balance this game out. The Mob is only allowed to attack 1 Survivor at a time, this prevents all 3 survivors from being attack at the same time. "So, if only one Survivor can be attacked at once, then what do the others do?" Well its their job to do the stabbing! The 2 survivors not being attacked have the role of stabbing the Mob in the back as they try to slay the original target in an effort to thwart their killing spree. The survivors have no limit on the combat styles they may use; they are free to bind, range, melee, and even use blasts. However, the Mob is restricted to ONLY binding and melee, NO RANGE OR BLASTS.

So a simple overview of the rules:
-2 teams; Survivors(3 people) Mob(7+ people)
-Mob can only attack 1 Survivor at a time
-Mob is restricted to melee and bind
-Survivors survive 10 minutes in the arena to win (only 1 person on the surviving team need be alive at the 10 minute marker to win)

Of course there is strategy to this game. The Survivors would need to tank to their best abilities to keep give their teammates an opportunity to take out some of the Mob. And don't even think about running all over turrets and hiding out, all matches would be held in Clan Wars Classic arena, center bounds. Breaking bounds results in an automatic loss. So survivors, pick your teams wisely (it would be best to have at least 1 ranger and 1 mage per team)! And word to the wise, overpowered Survivor teams will be disbanded! So don't even think about getting all the strong people on 1 team!

I would like to try this little game out on Friday and it will be MANDATORY so don't be surprised when I call everyone to Clan Wars.

Damon, (to my knowledge) no one is deleting these (don't know why anyone would), threads get automatically deleted after a time if there are no posts (a bit stupid considering the importance of some threads, I know).

^^ I didn't know that. If that's the case, someone needs to remove that cutoff because it should not be there.

> No. The forum doesn't have an auto-pruning system enabled. You thread was indeed removed by someone.
> For example, your application (both your tries :P) are still on the forums.
