Not to offend any of you (Blompty and Matlew), but both suck. Try not using spraycan, draw your border lines with the pencil tool instead. Using less-saturated colors on your palette. To modify colors on MS Paint, double click a colour from the main palette, and effectuate the changes you need.
Saturation: Saturation is the "lack of grey" a color has. Less saturated colors are easier for the retin to identify, so they are more pleasant to our eyes than saturated colors (the ones from the main palette). Thery also give art pieces a less childish look, and a more complex and professional technique.
Palette: It's your rectangular source of colors. In some more advanced programs, you can save your pre-amde palettes. In MS Paint, I'd suggest making your colors, and painting a circle or a square with each of them in your canvas (where you draw). Ordering it (by saturation, lightness, hue, etc.) is a good idea too.
May this little Glosary help you all now and in the future. For more terms you don't understand go look on the net. ;)

You ask for feedback. I give you feedback. You don't like it. I don't care, but next time don't ask for it if you can't stand it. If I knew you didn't want to improve I wouldn't have even bothered to be honest.
Or, next time you make a topic related to this, specify if I am allowed to post at least.
