Title: We need to schedule more events!

Title says it all. We need to do a better job, so I suggest since there are now 7 of us, that each day we have one event. Each person is in charge of one day so there will always be an event for someone to come to, even if its short notice. It's just a suggestion, but I call Friday's ;)

Up to you guys how you want to handle things, but please don't make Saturday afternoon events (warring time), and please try to leave some time for war practices. :)

Yeah... about that...
We can't just schedule events whenever and whichever type we want. Ppl must say what they want. That's why we need polls.
What star did today was ok, since roach is not even considered a real "event" (is more like a gathering in which we eventually move to killing those mutant bugs Yuck!). However, that should be avoided. Besides, we don't have 7 EC's, since two of them are contest coordinators. So we actually have five "event EC"'s.
First things first:
I need all EC's to tell me when are they going to be avaliable to see whether we can schedule an "Amazing Race" (in the lack of an original name... :P)
Then:
I'll post a poll requesting the next event, so it can be already planned as soon as possible.
Every event must have a 24h delay between its announcement and the event itself, otherwise, people will actually stop going to events, since they "never get an event they wanted" or "last time no one went, so I won't even bother coming on this one".

Well we can have some impromtu events and some elaboratly planned events. It's true, we sometimes barely come up with one event a week. <_<

Plus some of our peeps have barely gone to an event because of time zones. I really want our Aussie players to be able to play, so a Friday Night event for us would be a Saturday afternoon event for them. 3mon and a few others, Animal as well, have barely been able to go to events because of time zone constraints, and I would like it to be able to have some events for them.

I think we should have one big event a week, and then 3 or 4 spontaneous events to go around it. That way if people can't make the big events, there are still plenty of group stuff to do in the days before and after :D
