Title: Games' Security
Description: Just a small rant. :)

I just read a piece of news regarding a "not-so-known" MMORPG: Tibia.
It was created on 1997 and has about 300k players around the world. Looks nice eh?

Tibia's creators were cared so much with their customers that only 12 years after the game's creation they decided to do something about the bots and hacks that everyone used, as well glitches and bugs exploited. However, how do they deal with it? They just banned 5k irregular accounts, while the bugs/glitches are still there and no action against the hacks/bots were taken.

You see... Jagex scores another point! No bugs allowed!

AFAIK, RS is the second less buggiest/exploitable MMORPG ever. I think WoW is the most safe. Though Warcraft universe is boring and storyless and it's way too expensive.

Jagex scores another point! RS two, WoW, Tibia, OGame, WYD, and all those "Open Beta Starting, Flyiff-like MMORPG" games, ZERO!

Don't think there is the least buggiest/exploitable MMORPG nor is there the safest. Define boring. WoW has plenty of stories(lore) coming from warcraft 1,2,3 and so on as in expensive, im pretty sure the average adolescent uses more or close to $15 a week.

wow owns rs. Its a much vaster world, it has alot more quests, and it takes alot more skill then runescape. its not based on totally lucky attacks. With this said, it makes sense that it is more expensive, its safer, its more in depth, and it has a storyline, does rs?

I must disagree with you on that...
RS DOES have a storyline. It's just no one ever wanted to read the quests' dialogs. Ppl simply rush through it.

The major output that stands out in runescape is probaly the quests. Reason is that you actually have to use your head in most of the quests to finish the quests, but most people just use other sites for quest guides. All the other mmorpgs i have tried was kill that, do this, talk to x, deliver this, and most of the times you will know what to do without reading the dialogue that is given to you when starting the quest.

MMORPG's i have tried. Kal Online.Silkroad online.Knight Online.Hero Online.Runescape.FLYFF.Maplestory.Rose Online.Voyage Century. Requiem:Bloodymare. Cabal Online.Guild Wars.Maginobi.Archlord. and others, but i dont count them as mmorpg like shot online.I mean how u count golf as a mmorpg, u level, but theres no point in leveling.
